The note is graded AEF and is a really excellent addition to any collection. Going by IBNS guidelines it could be listed as EF but my reduced grading is due to very slight, very light indeed, rippling on the top horizontal. It is hard to spot but I want to be precise as possible. Free UK postage, so it’s a great deal.
