This is a quality Peppiatt note on the thin paper. Clean (not washed) and with a freshness in its appearance. Looks better but EF is correct. Under the magnifying light there are hardly any loose fibres on the corners or edges which indicates very limited handling. This is a great note and a superb offer. Free UK postage.
