I have taken steps which I regret to a great extent. Since the end of November I have over £2500 of notes not arrived at their destination. Most are ‘Signed For’ and there are several overseas postings that have still to leave the UK. The situation is really dire so I have added a £5 charge to all British post so I can send it all by Special Delivery which is the only way to ensure it arrives safely. If matters are resolved than the charge will be removed but for the time being I regret it has to stay.
