British Banknotes, the Sparrowhawk and Muntjac Deer

This morning I saw an ‘explosion’ of feathers at teh top of the garden near the soft fruit. A pigeon was attacked by a sparrowhawk and the feathers went everywhere and the pigeon fell to earth. The sparrowhawk set about making a meal and them flow off with the pigeon helpless in its claws. It wasd an amazing sight. Less pleasant is the sight of muntjac deer eating our fruit (gooseberries and blackcurrants) which is now well protected from ‘attack’. Banknotes may seem a long way from hawks and deer but when buying a banknote you need or want for the collection, being focussed and determined is required. Have a look at what is on offer. Some lovely notes and also, some new ones on the way soon. Keep looking.
