I have two ponds in the garden, one is an old water tank and the other being a bigger, rubber-lined new creation. Today, I  shall be buying goldfish for the new pond but my neighbour who has kept fish for many years has advised the pond be protected from the ‘enemy – the heron! Goldfish in a pond means breakfast for this bird! The Banknote Collection sometimes needs sorting out and new additions can freshen it up.
