The Beauty of Scottish and English Banknotes

The Irishman, Padraig Pearse, on the night before he died wrote these words, ‘The beauty of the world makes me sad, the beauty that must pass’. The beauty of a red sunrise is transient but the memory of its beauty is remembered. The banknotes we have in our collections are not only valuable but things of beauty which we can add to as out interest develops. A banknote collection can have a ‘Wow’ factor so it’s good to build it up with quality notes whose beauty and value will not fade.
